Unbreakability

One of the obligatory requirements that provide for long-lasting and safety of furniture in urban environment is its destruction resistance. We call the system of such traits “unbreakability”. 

To provide unbreakability we use different methods of surface processing. We also work out technological details for each urban furniture element that add to high level of protection. Here is a small part of such details: 

• all edges are polished or honed, which provides granite cheeks with long lasting cleanness; 

• along the perimeter of all edges stone articles are 10-mm beveled. Thanks to this bevel chances to make chips on the surface become less. Such additional processing also helps decrease level of damages if hit on a hard surface;  

• all verges of wooden elements also have radial 5-mm bevels along the perimeter; 

• additional processing and treatment of wooden surfaces provides safe keeping of the articles; 

• all metal elements, including inner sides, are covered with polymeric powder paint that is corrosion- and rust-resistant. 

Thanks to the use of natural materials and modern technologies of production we achieved high resistance of our urban furniture against severe conditions of city streets.
