Compact folding metal frame has been worked out for the benches of series "City" |

Three months ago designers and production engineeers of our company received the task to work out a new frame for the series of sofas "City". As before, the basic requirement was the necessity to keep the simplicity of the article's assembling and at the same time to diminish the packing size as much as possible.
The uniqueness of the construction is in the following: tube elements used to be welded to the side elements, now they are attached to them with the help of special screws and cylinders with thread that are located inside the tubes. All the details — inside and outside — are painted according to powder technology and tightly adjusted to each other which provides the durability and stability of the article. On September 10th the assembling of the article with the new frame was made in warehouse. As a result of the changes the height of the pacing of a bench of series "City" three times decreased. At the same time the folding frame enables its use together with granite cheeks of benches from collections "Astana" and "Modern". |
