Due to the unified forms of all FCL street furniture parts, assembling process is simple and clear. By simplifying the fixing system we increased durability of the carcass. Beveled edges special fillets are made for safety of transportation and assembling furniture process. Assembling of Furniture elements consists of the following basic stages:1. Assembling of stele carcass and fixing of wooden elements on it (in some cases fixing of wooden elements is not necessary if the delivery is done by already assembled blocks “metal-wood”);2. Fixing of stone elements; 3. Installation of stele carcass with wooden elements on stone elements; 4. Besides construction elements the furniture set of FCL includes all necessary instruments for assembling. In the set there is also a detailed manual that guarantees quick and qualified assembling of articles in site. Average time necessary for assembling of a unit (depending on type and bundling) is from 25 minutes to one hour. We offer you to see closer the assembling of chair, series «Modern».
Packing of separate elements and articles for transportationFor safe transportation we use our specific method of packing and bundling of articles in a container. To minimize the risk of damaging we use special packing materials. Separate details of articles are fixed inside the container according to technological details of material and further assembling. Stone parts of are fixed and put into knock-down wooden crates. To avoid rubbing and scratching of surfaces we use stiropor layer placed between the edges of the elements and on the walls of the crate. Stone elements with complex curvilinear shapes, as well as small elements, are packed separately and then can be put into crates. For more safety the spare parts are fastened to the pallet with tension plastic band. Wooden elements are wrapped into thick polyethylene film. Then the formed blocks are put onto each other and fixed inside a crate. Metal elements, including frames with wooden elements fixed on them, are placed on wooden pallets by 2—5 pieces; corrugated cardboard is placed between them for better soundness. All elements are fastened to the pallet with a tension plastic band. Facing stone plates (slate, marble, granite) are put onto each other and packed into closed wooden crates. Inside the container the crates are put onto each other depending on the stone type/weight and fastened. |
